UV-292 is a commercial hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) usually composed of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate and related piperidyl sebacates. It is formulated to remain liquid and provides effective long-term stabilization for coatings, printing inks and polymeric materials against photo-oxidative degradation.
